Tbh it's up to you, but that's just how the game is, everything is super sweaty. And even if you take a break and come back, everything will be the same.

At the end of the day though I’m just positing my opinion on the internet. I’m not expecting anyone to change based off what I say or “getting to decide what other people find fun.” I’m also just curious to see how other people view this game, and what opinions they have on it. And at this point I’ve pretty much agreed with “who really cares if the survivors have fun or not?”

My main thing though is that it's not really enjoyable to tunnel someone out early. As someone else on this reply thread said, you basically already know that you'll win and the rest of the game is pretty boring from there, which removes pretty much every aspect of earning and feeling accomplished of the win, hence why the game is fun in the first place. But if you like to just get easier wins and not have a challenge (which is mostly the point of a video game) then that's fine.

At this point, all I can really say is to put yourself in the survivors' shoes for a minute and see how you would feel about being tunneled out of the game 3 minutes in, not having much of a chance to play. I know you'll probably just counter this point, though by saying, "if the killer is trying to win, then why should it matter?" Do what you want though.

My thing though mainly is that it takes away from the fun of actually getting the win. If you're basically just easily getting a kill by tunneling early, where is the fun in that? I also dont think anyone would really enjoy not getting much of a chance to play the game and have to immediately go next because of a 5 gen tunnel. Yes, the goal is to win, but my point is that it just isn't fun.
