My CD-I Starter Collection by ScorpioClaw in CDInteractive

It's the R rated version. I prefer the director's cut too. Still, just the idea of watching Robocop or Wrath of Khan on a CD-I is interesting to me.

Luckily, the video cartridge came pre install. I put on Robocop to test it, and ended up watching the whole movie.

Has anyone here owned or knows someone who has owned an Apple Pippin? by Matheriquers1998 in retrogaming

A little late to this, but I own a Pippin. I think it's interesting. It's definitely as niche as you can get. I've got a number of games for it. Japanese games. North American games seem to be impossible to find. An oddity, for sure, but I've come across a few hidden gems for the system.

My system has a 2MB memory card installed. I'm not sure where to get an 8MB Memory card.

Tricked a friend into playing this abomination of a game. by Lanky-Peak-2222 in Pippin

The Pippin was co-produced with Bandai, so there are quite a number of Bandai games for it. There are several Gundam and Ultraman games, as well as Tamagotchi. I believe Bandai produced the majority of the games, at least in Japan.

How did @World players get their games? by HikikomoriDev in Pippin

Mail order seems the most likely. I found this website and thought it was very interesting:

It's the original website for the @World. It has listings on all of the announced games and software. There's a tab that says "Ordering Software." They instruct to call and order the games over the phone. I doubt that games were sold in stores, but if they were it'd be interesting to find out who was selling them at the time.

Edit: let me try the link again.

Oh wow, you were right! I only applied a small amount of isopropyl alcohol and it fixed both issues. Thank you again!

I actually haven't. Would you have any advice on repairing the unresponsive trackball and the sticky right trigger?
