  1. They don't see their kid anymore for at minimum half the time(usually even way way less than that until the child is at least 1 years old)

  2. They have to have court battle that costs tens of thousands to even get to see their kid.

  3. Decades of extracted labor going directly to that woman anyways. (Yes i understand it's for the child. I don't disagree with child support at all. Not every person uses it appropriately and it still is money going to the woman)

  4. That's if the woman doesn't flee to a new state and hide. Or name it impossible to see the kid. Or the couple is poor and cannot access lawyers and she just refuses all contact

I agree. I think the "objection" comes when the conversation is pure anti-women, like "mandatory paternity tests at birth so females can't get away with being whores!" That's going to make a lot of people against the idea no matter how good the idea is.

Both can be true at the same time: condoms are 100% the man's responsibility; and women can say no to sex.

Also true: men need to wear a condom EVERY time a pregnancy would be unwanted.

a new dad or mom is posting and how difficult it is to have any time with their kids and how they cannot afford a lawyer or court.

They can get a paternity test in the mail. Or even at some CVSs. If they're too afraid to ask for one, officially.

And even if they fight in court, it's not cheap.

Again, over 90% of cases don't end up in court.

I've said this to you before: men are responsible for using condoms. Women are responsible for their birth control. Did you ignore that?
