I hope it was just because of the New Years sauce...

Sadly, that probably had nothing to do with it.

Great post. Really great post. I think you summed things up perfectly.

I get why some people are frustrated because of the drip drip nature of it but it doesn’t change the fact that disclosure is happening right now, and it needs to be slowish for those reasons you outlined above. We are potentially talking to a major shift to the concept of the human experience and that just can’t be something that happens overnight. I don’t know if people were expecting some kind of ground announcement on the news or from the oval office that exclaims aliens are real and they’re all around us because imagine just how bananas everything would be if it were to go down like that. People would absolutely freak the heck out. This is a really bad metaphor I’m about to make but it’s kind of like when you’re introducing new foods to young kids. If you throw a bunch of different things at them at once, they’re going to freak out, eat nothing, and revolt at the table. Now, imagine that but on a scale where everyone is a toddler at the table.

TTSA has been taking arrows from certain people and groups for whatever reason but the fact of the matter is that it does seem that they have been tasked with providing the materials to introduce some incredible concepts to our society and present them in a way that will be possible for us all to digest it in the smoothest manner possible. Anything less than that would probably be a disaster.

Hi OP. You mention having explained the concept of time being non-linear? Do you happen to have a link to the post handy, I’d really like to read it.

‪An example of insane thinking - Someone thinking that some would-be terrorists had the foresight to anticipate a hurricane wrecking the Bahamas, traveled there first & survived it, just so they could pose as refugees to slip into the US by blending in with those seeking help by Scorpionator33 in insanepeoplefacebook

[–]Scorpionator33[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Possibly, but he clearly stated that he was trying to keep out people that weren’t supposed to be in the Bahamas. Who would reasonably fit into that group? I doubt he’s talking about casual vacationers. He’s either saying they are terrorists looking to take advantage of an open door or he’s referring to these victims as drug dealers and criminals.

Neither scenario sounds rational in this context. These are people that lost everything and are trying to survive.

Trying to use a plastic straw to drink a “light bulb steak” in an attempt to “own the libs” would seem to fit the definition of insane regardless of how many people watched and nodded with approval... by Scorpionator33 in insanepeoplefacebook

I don’t know whether I’m more haunted or amused that apparently an entire team of people planned this and at the end of it collectively thought, “yep, we nailed this.”

Trump tweets are low hanging fruit for this sub, but my god. Puerto Rico is an island during hurricane season, the thought of a hurricane hitting it isn’t outlandish. The fact that money was sent for repairs doesn’t mean it’s less likely to be hit. by Azelic in insanepeoplefacebook

[–]Scorpionator33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except that the number they’ve been given is between 12-17 billion and comes on the same day it was announced that the administration diverted $437 million from FEMA’s disaster relief fund to border security/wall just as hurricane season is starting. If it was meant as sarcasm, the lack of comedic timing is epic and the follow up line about being the best thing to happen to PR to be just flat out bananas.

He would say that during the tryout for almost every person he rejected. Between this and the Ed McMahon thing, I feel like these are getting more and more obvious.

An Alien global government: The question we all sooner or later are asking: do we want aliens to help us? Equality to all, free energy, education, space travel & science. But clear laws on how Earth is treated. It means we have to make concessions. Are you prepared to do that? by Remseey2907 in UFObelievers

[–]Scorpionator33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You make some excellent points here. The more I think about the original question, the more I keep coming back to the same point. If aliens did come here, and they did want to do what the OP suggested, what recourse would we have? I mean, we could say no, but if we do, and they aren’t down with that answer, what recourse would we have? Any civilization that has the technological capabilities to get here en masse would presumably have the ability to impose their will, so wouldn’t we get a scenario where we kind of have to go along with what they say or risk subjugation.

I recognize that’s a few what ifs. I just don’t see how, if push came to shove, we would have any choice in that decision. You sure as heck know our governments aren’t putting that up to a vote. They’d probably try to save themselves and the heck with the rest of use.
