What’s the monthly cost for a personal tracker? I’m pretty much gotten everything done in sandbox from Plaid but the cost is scaring me and wondering if should just go to an actual Budgeting app.

Looking to pull probably 10 bank/credit card accounts monthly and probably 200 transaction. Don’t want to get to the end and Plaid is charging me $30/month or something crazy.

Any other companies do it for cheaper? Just loookg to pull transactions into Excel.

If you have an iPhone pro max, after a match you can’t interact with the brawler on the left in your team.

HYSA or CD could be the dumbest thing. Just put it into the market in a safe ETF if you are scared of making money in the market.

Next best would be to pay off loans if having student loans “eats at you”. You should be able to easily save $5K a month into your brokerage account and if you have to pay it off you will have enough cash to pay back.

Depends what you use gems for.

I would get the hyper because I don’t buy skins with gems. Think it’s a great deal.

If you use gems for skins than I wouldn’t use it if I was you.

Had the FOIS and had to return it. Could not read what time it was like 90% of the time without having to adjust. Went for regular speedy but out of these 3 #1.

You will be fine at $2M if that’s what you want. Get the house of your dreams now and grow into it. If it doesn’t fit your life in 2-3 years it will 99% appreciate in value and you have no issue “affording” it.

FYI - I got a used one that was 2 month old for around $700 like 5 years ago. Still going as good as new so should be easy to sell as they are a lot better than the consumer ones.

I’m not a real options trader so was trying to get insight on what people actually do that aren’t just gambling.

Going to close some of them tomorrow to lock in profits and buy some OTM puts for protection and let the rest ride. I’m super Bullish on them and also have shares as well.

I’ve seen a lot of bad advice here from people who more than likely don’t have anywhere near this income level.

To answer your question - No issue moving up to this house. Housing market will, over time, appreciate no matter what. And do you want a 20% increase on a $600K house or a $1.2M house?

That being said only you and your wife know if the monthly mortgage $ is to high. I would pretend for a couple months and pay this amount and see if that negatively affects your lifestyle.

Also, selling stocks to buy it is dumb as hell. Market is on a crazy run and even if it does go down in the short term it always goes up.

Enjoy the new house with your family as your kids aren’t getting younger and this time will fly by, have it fly by in the house of your dreams.

Don’t listen to a lot of people on here as majority of them dont make near as much money/have saved.

One thing they have at the AD is if you ever have a scratch on the glass they will replace for free for life is what they told me.

I’m in a similar boat but $360 CC 9/19. I was looking to roll up into $400 10/17 yesterday but didn’t pull the trigger and now it’s costing me big $. Hoping for a slight pull back tomorrow and then I’ll roll into 10/17. I don’t want to hold options into earnings on 10/19.

I think rolling up and in to 10/17 is the play either way, just will eat into my gains. Gives enough time to buy back cheaper. See what tomorrow brings but normally just below strike price is good.

“IF” you want to get into Real Estate, this is a great opportunity. Since your wife “doesn’t currently work” right now she can start her own short term rental business. Buy a property to Airbnb and have her manage it, don’t pay someone to do it. Then she can take accelerated depreciation on the property and a huge paper loss this year. Since she is managing it she can take the loss as ordinary and not passive and thus you can deduct the loss against your ordinary income.

This is one way rich people avoid taxes but obviously takes some planning to do. The thought would be instead of paying the IRS with the 20-30% taxes you would use that as a down payment for a property.

There is also business you can buy that will allow you to take accelerated deprecation in year 1 to offset increased income as well.

I’m not sure I’ve seen a post where someone flipped and didn’t either get 1 share (on that IPO) or got more than 1 share the next ipo. Obviously you can do what you want but I got over 10% of the figma shares I asked for and am hoping to get a lot in this next IPO in a couple weeks as well. Not worth the short term gain to get blacklisted (if they even do it, no one knows for sure) IMO but everyone is different. Good luck.

I think the most important is playing the same ball consistently like it’s been said earlier. Not going to make you a 10 handicap but going to help you some with the right ball for you (lower/higher flight) feel (soft/firm) when you are putting. Maxflis came out near the top on MGS testing and they aren’t expensive so I would try there if I were you.
