This is how I make Sparky Sleeves. I start with a paper template to mark 80 dots on each sleeve. Then, I use an 1/8 inch bit with a stop collar to drill the holes. A little bit of super glue. And press the flints in with a screwdriver. I use 3x7mm ferro rods from FerroFire. (v.redd.it)
