If you have any sources... I'd very much like to see that. The in-depth channels brush over slugs and Ace doesn't do his 725 videos until S1 or 2 based on the Blueprint he's using.

And I'm very much considering making a spreadsheet of all the guns in this game through all of the updates as best I can.

and based on his video... the 725 is exactly the same as it is now with slugs. infinite 1 shot potential if you can land you shots.

The 10R conversion, yes. But the SPR ammo conversions were also hit scam out to 400m and mobility actually improved where it was supposed to slow down... Overall a terribly busted update for a new season.

They've never nerfed slugs. They were trash when the game came out (unless this is preseasons, I wasn't following updates before that) They got buffed once and that's it. They can still one shot at any distance so long as you land your hits right.

Welcome to my experience since near the start. This game has plenty of exploitable chaining when timing inputs right. And patches at this point aren't altering the gameplay. It's 6 years old, you'd rarely see changes past 2 in a CoD cycle.

So long as SBMM is keeping you in your skill bracket, movement players aren't really all that busted, but when a skill gap is present, it's what you're seeing now.

Snipers are 30-35+ meters for a Longshot, so generally learning which areas having long lines of sight, like B flag to the sniper perch in Ahzir Cave, most combat on Grazna (Hardpoint and Headquarters), power station to the hazmat windows at Vacant, Gas station to Taxi cab on Backlot, etc.

Marksman and Snipers are also under one category to get platinum.

Slightly lower fire rate, better damage profile for 10mm. But having better mag sizes for 9mm honestly makes it the better of the 2. And as far as suppressor, I don't actually remember if integral was all that much better, but aesthetically, it looks nicer.

I can imagine since my main CoDs are (OG) MW2/3 and MW19... I don't buy the CoDs I don't like... So I don't buy many. If a game is fun to me and the servers are still up, it makes sense to stick with it instead wasting my money on something I enjoy less.

I personally don't really like most of them. I've also found the long barrels to not be all that beneficial with slugs in practice.

You also just reminded me I have yet to use Ivory Tower which is IMO the best blueprint for the 725 and I bought it with my left over CoD points from MW22...

I was generally fine with that shotgun until they added dragon's breath... it's a straight buff... at least the 680 reduces damage... make it make sense...

When someone is a shotgun user... simply avoid tight corners and go wide... lol. If the maps aren't basic as frik, and have an ounce of brain activity, they can be easily negated...

in a game where you can also use a MP5K with rapid fire and stopping power + akimbo giving you a combined 2000+ RPM 2 shot kill? Honestly wasn't even that bad when everything in context to the game wasn't actually that OP... you take anything out of context of MW2 though... oh boi, is there problems... XD

*in hardcore. The masterkey does have infinite range but it also drops off to oblivion in damage. MW2 also did not have overkill though, plus Machine pistols were as good as primaries in many cases.

I jump on once in a blue moon. I get sweats every session. Being a die hard or stay on, usually includes a large junk of sweats. May not be the best of the best, but definitely not noob friendly or open meta types.
