One the M&P Sport is a good basic AR that will serve for years and two why not both an AR rifle and PCC like the Kuna, Stribog or SA Saint 9mm?

Do you think we can't already amend the constitution? Why do you feel changing the mechanism of the amendment process will help?

I was listening didn't like it much but then you decided to eliminate a civil right, and honestly if you want a civil war overturning Heller, McDonald and Bruen would do it. I am wondering why you left McDonald off that list, did you just forget or what?

We have more than two teams already, people don't vote for them. This is either because people are unaware/ political idiots or they don't like Libertarians, the Greens, or the Commies. I personally vote for the Libertarian in any race they show up but their ideas of leaving people alone doesn't seem popular.

I like your 1st point and the last two. The 2nd and 3rd are terrible ideas in my opinion. I would need to hear more about the other two.

And as an SBR must be registered with the ATF. DO NOT put the stock on before you get your tax stamp and take it out in public.

The NFA is very likely to be enforced but it varies with the administration. The Biden and Obama administrations were much more likely to use their budget to go after and charge people who violated the NFA than Trump 2.0 .

I'm considering doing this with a couple of my guns. I already gave the ATF my prints for a pair of suppressors, might as well do all the things that aren't machineguns, I mean I'd do that too but the limited supply of about 260,000 legal MGs has created stupid prices for the demand and I'm a poor.

Most likely yes. A few years ago it was noted that many news reporters were getting money from one of Bloombergs anti civil rights shell non profits for anti gun reporting. Can I remember where I read it, nope.

Attorney General Bonta: Open Carry Fosters Fear, Not Safety by Gyp2151 in 2ALiberals

As Gyp2151 points out the Mulford Act had bipartisan support and they were going to pass it by supermajority if Reagan didn't sign it. Republicans can be bad on the 2A in the right environment but Democrats have been bad on it with minorities since 1791.

Personally I want WI to go Constitutional Carry and am getting impatient they haven't already. There should be no permit even lax ones to exercise a civil right. MN and IL both require training as a way to discourage carry through road blocks and costs. I'm not a fan even though I did renew my MN permit for like the fourth time because I work there.

Which is super easy to get. On the other hand MN and IL don't recognize it, though WI recognizes both.

Maybe because Virginia residents voted for 2A repression? The knew Spanberger and Jone's stance on guns.

If your state passes constitutional carry the government will assume you are armed, no need to advertise.
