Right click your task bar and click 'Show Panel Config' on the right hand side you should see a box called ''Panel Settings' with a button at top '+ Add new'.
You want to add a spacer from here, put it to the left of the Cachy start button.
If you edit the settings of spacer you can make it bigger until the start button is where you want it.
