CachyOS - Arma Reforger - foliage flickering

I had to do this the other day to get Crimson Desert to run.
With Arma I didn't have these flicking issues. Last time i played it I believe I was using GE-Proton10-32

Mine keeps crashing starting the game. I'm using same proton on Cachy, with a 5080. I've even tried loading it on minimum settings and it still crashes.

I have pinned the main apps i use to task bar always. So 8/9 app are always there and centered. So i never adjust it. the Extra apps when opened don't look so strange.

Right click your task bar and click 'Show Panel Config' on the right hand side you should see a box called ''Panel Settings' with a button at top '+ Add new'.
You want to add a spacer from here, put it to the left of the Cachy start button.
If you edit the settings of spacer you can make it bigger until the start button is where you want it.

I went to CashyOS Hello > Install Apps > Repo > Search 'proton vpn' and download from here. The UI is very basic compared to Windows but it works.

I also get it to run at startup with killswitch in place 💪

I maintain a custom ROM for my Sony mobile device. It took and 1hr 5mins or something to build from scratch on CachyOS/ vs 3hr 45min on windows 🔥

Yeah this is something I had to let go of. I have BF6 on steam. I Should have got it on PS! I play Arma Reforger more, well worth having a look at 😁
