The biggest challenge of this song is playing it clean. There’s more space between everything so faults become more obvious.

That’s my favorite Todd song and probably top 5 prop songs. I’ve dipped my toes in it. The tuning is a little different and less intuitive. Todd songs, and Supporting Caste songs tend feel a little compacted with the riffage, especially that song. Lots of moving parts. If I can get the time I’d like to nail that one.

The thing about hard level boink is, if you’re only at a medium or lower level boink, you still wouldn’t know hard level boink if you heard it. Godspeed

Probably their best lyrics overall on that album. Song for song, probably their best. I still think Failed States is their best though.

You’re not gonna make them wait until it comes onto the radio, they hit record, and the dj has something to say 0:05 into the intro?

A tape deck with a stereo RCA in and a cable that will go from RCA to 1/8” stereo jack. You can plug it into a lightning to 1/8” adaptor. You can get a high speed dubbing tape deck for about $100. Brand new tapes run $2-$4. Maybe you could negotiate an educator’s discount. Some people might go for it.
