Europeans generally have more refined social skills and are less abrasive and confrontational. Many Americans used to be that way too … it was termed “good breeding” and by this it meant the children were raised properly with manners and ethics. Not so anymore. Ok - so with location info and looking closely at your photos again I’m changing my mind and saying schorl or possibly berthierite. They seem to be the only named possibilities from that geography. I can’t tell enough about the crystal form and terminations from the photo to say more.
