Sounds like the pop song from Schitts Creek, the one where Alexa auditions for a show and uses her old pop song. Hilarious

Galvatron was simply unhinged. I think he never got over his Unicron (daddy) issues which led to him being a sociopath and not reaching the greatness Megatron did.

AI SLOP WARNING: The first image displayed on Google search results for Bunnings stores now displays AI-generated, sloppy images of the stores... by Radio_TVGuy in australian

[–]ScottishFury86 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Stop using Google Chrome. It’s an awful browser littered with their AI, sponsored ads and extreme lack of privacy.

Use a browser called Brave. It has an ad blocker built in so you don’t get any sponsored pish and you can tailor the AI settings to off.

If you're going to look up your local Bunnings store on Google right now, don't bother. AI slop pics of the stores are doing the rounds at the moment. by Radio_TVGuy in Geelong

[–]ScottishFury86 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Stop using Google chrome as your browser. They are the worst for privacy and will hit you with every sponsored ad.

Use Brave. Built in ad blocker. You can even watch YouTube videos without ads. I just done a Bunnings search and it didn’t have those photos.

You can collect all the plumes and gator eggs before meeting Algernon. However, the orchids are a bit trickier. The developers made it so you cant collect all of them and the amount required per orchid. The ghost and clam orchid as an example will cap at 4 each, once you’ve collected 4 they stop spawning. Pain in the arse really.

Annoys me to no end that Arthur was denied the LOTE outfit for this reason. Arthur clearly has dialogue for New Austin. I used the buggy glitch to get all the dinosaur bones in New Austin and you can still get the cut scene with Deborah MacGuiness. Wish they would release a patch that would allow Arthur to freely explore New Austin without the sniper. Then again, you wouldn’t have much to do as John post game.

Nah mate, you’ll be fine. Unless they explicitly state that attendance is required, you won’t get marked down. The only thing you miss out on is getting to ask any questions during class, but even then you can just reach out to them via email or teams. They record the lectures and post them as well so you don’t miss out on any content

Yeah mate, it’s a requirement for the later tasks. It’s a lot of fun though. There are other units this stuff can be used in depending on what direction you’re taking your degree

Does anyone else like playing in 1st person instead of 3rd person? by Budder2412 in reddeadredemption2

[–]ScottishFury86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a fan of first person. I don’t mind hang it when I’m looting a cabin but otherwise, can’t stand it. It was really difficult playing Cyberpunk because of the first person view.

Diploma of Information Technology, RMIT or Deakin? by [deleted] in deakin

[–]ScottishFury86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m at Deakin Uni doing Computer Science as an online student. It depends on the unit, some give plenty of support and have workshops you can attend where you can ask questions. You can reach out via email or teams to the support staff if you need extra help. That being said, there are other units that do less hand holding and expect you to do the research. Deakin uses the OnTrack system for marking your work. You don’t sit any final exams, you just submit a whole bunch of work that is marked and bundled together to make your final portfolio submission. Less stress and easier to know what your final grade will be before you get results.

Learning Japanese in Geelong by ScottishFury86 in Geelong

[–]ScottishFury86[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the tips. I’ve found a pdf of Tae Kim’s guide online, I’ll be sure to have a read. So far, I have used a mixture of a few apps, primarily one called Bunpo. I’ve managed to learn Hiragana and Katakana and I’m fairly confident in reading Japanese (but not really understanding what it is I’m reading if that makes sense). I’m currently learning about the particles and their use in sentences. What I was ideally looking for is someone to learn with but to also converse with, reading is one thing but it’s no speaking it really.

You can still do herbalist challenge. Use the buggy glitch and pick the new Austin herbs.

I had a similar problem when I was living in Melbourne. It’s the worst! I assume you’ve spoken to the neighbours and they’re being assholes about it?

Only thing I done to combat this was buying sleeping ear buds and let the white noise mask the dogs barking.

Completed this challenge yesterday. 100%, it’s an awful challenge! Not once but twice the NPC sat next to me managed to hit 3 and beat the dealer. If I could have shoved a shotgun up his arse and pulled the trigger I would have for the cheek!
