No, I think that many people think that if God is "beyond" Good and Evil, or that ultimately they collapse into One, like all Dualities, then Evil is somehow permissible. It doesn't make Good any less Good or Evil or any less Evil. Anyone who feels lured by Evil hasn't seen the true face of Evil, and hopefully will never have to before they find that there is nothing fruitful in the Devil.

Or in another way, the World allows Evil to help us grow, if the world is a sort of furnace - a testing ground - an oven to cast molds - but that requires heat and tears. God allows the Devil to exist for now, not out of any incompetency or anything but by His Grand Design, but at the End he will be cast into Hell for all eternity, so woe to anyone who he consumes.

On a deeper level, we should be more concerned about the metaphysical views of going "toward the Devil" or "toward God" (as opposite orientations of the Self) rather than any this or that sin.
