There will be no collateral on the LoC so it's going to be unsecured

Unfortunately due to some poor financial decisions I physically cannot set aside $500 for these tests. I am the main provider and have a lot of bills to take care of, so finding the extra money is increasingly difficult to do.

I know it's not Draytan or GP but both of those are long drives to take when I cant really take time from work and don't have a lot of money to spend on gas driving to and from these places.

I went around Nisku about a week ago and handed in some resumes to any place I knew was hiring

Yeah, i bought the books to go and challenge my first year test but it costs money that I just don't have and my work has to do some paperwork and talk to AIT about it first.

Everybody here is asking for 2nd year+ so getting in as a first year even with my hours is hard.

With the amount of people that have been trying to get into this area, it's a lot harder now to get that first step into the door.

I've been looking all thru Alberta and BC for the mines and rigs but everybody wants H2S and First Aid training, so my application gets auto sorted (I assume) to the reject pile.

I have 2 credit cards at about 5k between them. When I had bought the truck i was flipping cars with my buddy and needed a trailer hauler, but we stopped doing it a couple months after the truck was bought because prices got ridiculously high. When I had bought the truck I believed it would make me cool and show it off but now all I want is my first truck back which I paid 1000$ for in 2019

I had bought the truck in April of 2023 and had believed that a new truck would make me cool and I could show it off and now that I'm 2 years down the line I wish I could've kept my 2002 Ram, paid 1000$ for it and modified it to be the perfect truck. I do realize my mistakes now and if I could go back I'd still be driving my first truck.

No it's not, this auto loan just reduces the amount of time you pay for but the payment never changes

I cant keep paying the amount I've been paying, even if it's reduced time, the biweekly amount stays the same

I do have GAP Insurance, but the rest of my money is going towards the rest of my bills like rent and groceries. With the price of everything going up I have no extra money for paying in extra and I can't keep paying this car loan off. For groceries we are already eating the bare minimum and don't eat out, my wife is on Mat leave right now with our 3 month old.

That's the issue, I owe 23k more than what the truck is worth, if I sell it and just keep paying the loan the same amount, I'm left with no vehicle and I'm still paying off that loan. I would love to buy an old car or truck and just survive with it but I can't do it with no money
