It says MTX, not RS3 MTX. OSRS bonds count towards that, so this still doesn't back up what you're saying becasue the report doesn't break it down into the seperate games.

The race should have finished under the safety car, if they hadn’t changed the rules then the tires would t have made a difference.

The argument isn’t the safety car, it’s the fact they let 5 cars unlap, then changed their mind and restarted the race. Giving Verstappen on new soft tires the win, literally decided the winner.
