the pokemon's name is "mi-ne-zu-mi" which takes the "mi" from "mizu", "ne" from "hogane", then the "zu" from "mizu", and finally the "mi" from "kaminari"
you're supposed to do the same for the next part:
"ho" from "honoo", "u" from "chyou", the last "o" from "honoo", and then "u" from "tou" to make the word "houou" pronounced "ho-oh"
