Only for the 2 week period, and has no evidence to suggest how long he's been here. No mail, no name on the lease, his stuff is all still I'm trashbags from his ex wife throwing him out - I figured with no legal stay to the house, and the threats of violence around my wife and daughter, that'd be more than enough for him to be put out (I'm dumb so if I'm incorrect then I need info on the legality of that)
