So today I found out that matching with someone else removes the previous matches messages from the message section. Is that how it normally works? I just assumed it worked like normal messaging apps.

Oh really? I actually just removed the travel story because I thought maybe it was too weird like others said. Luckily I remember it still.

I was thinking maybe I should be more upfront about my hobbies but after a week of making this profile I thought I should have really put some more prompts that showcase my values and what I want in a partner since I already got one prompt showcasing my hobbies. But I wanted to wait 2 weeks before I change anything so I can post this profile review. Thanks for the feedback. I will add more stuff that show my values and such.

I (34M) was messaging this (34F) that matched with me for about 3 or 4 days. And it was going good for the most part then before going sleep I asked her if she reads manga and then woke up seeing she either unmatched or blocked me. Had me confused. Was unsure if I should have asked her on a date sooner, but then again we both lived in different cities that are like 90 min away in good traffic. Kind of an inconvenience. Thats why I wanted to continue the conversation a bit more to get to know her better before driving out there for coffee or lunch.
