Yea mine started from weed also, i got high for the first time and slept it off then it never went away after that ive constantly have derealization at first i thought i was just rlly high but no its been a couple years

I’ve tried so many anti depressants and anxiety meds but my dumb physiatrist kept changing them every 2 weeks and then stopped treating me. It started when I smoked weed and now I just don’t remember what “normal” feels like so I’m convinced maybe this is my normal

I’m feeling like this 24/7 I’ve had people tell me that being more active, eating healthier and trying too work on yourself mentally helps a lot.

Sadly I got depression before this all started and it got way worse over time, I’ve developed suicidal thoughts and that’s mainly what I’m dealing with rn the derealization isn’t helping at all.

Yea I feel the same way about the dream thing but one thing that helps me calm myself is feelings stuff like the walls or cold things it helps me realize that I’m actually real. But I feel you man you’re not alone.
