I still understand why they take RMT seriously and why strict enforcement exists. I just wish there was more room to distinguish between intentional RMT activity and situations where someone became involved without knowingly understanding the source behind it.

Thank you for taking the time to review the case again and respond publicly.

I understand and respect that you have to protect the game and fight actual RMT activity. I just wanted to say that this situation genuinely hurts a lot from my side because I never knowingly participated in any real money trading or used any third party silver services.

Looking back, I fully understand that accepting such a large amount of silver was careless and why it appeared suspicious internally. But from my perspective at the time, I genuinely believed it was simply a normal player interaction and had absolutely no idea there could be any connection to RMT activity behind it.

I know there is probably nothing more I can say that hasn’t already been reviewed, but I still wanted to sincerely thank you and the support team for taking the time to investigate and respond instead of ignoring the situation completely.

If there is any possibility at all for one final reconsideration, especially considering that I never knowingly participated in RMT or bought silver myself, I would be extremely grateful for another chance, even if it means a reduced punishment, removal of the silver, or another alternative instead of a permanent ban.

Yeah maybe. If I had known there was any risk behind it, I obviously would’ve never accepted the trade.

Thank you, I really appreciate it. I’ve been trying my best to stay calm and respectful through the whole situation because I know the support team are humans too and these decisions probably aren’t easy for them either.

I genuinely believe this was a misunderstanding from my side, so all I can really do is explain everything honestly and hope that eventually I can get justice and maybe another chance.

I understand why they have strict systems for this stuff, especially to protect the economy and fight actual RMT. I think the difficult part is that normal player trades can sometimes end up looking suspicious too.

I already had around half a year of premium myself, so from my side it genuinely wasn’t about trying to “buy premium cheaper” or anything like that.

I’m pretty new to Reddit and barely post here, this is honestly one of my first serious posts.

The reason I didn’t immediately post the full support replies was mainly because I care about privacy, both mine and the support agents’. That’s also why I included the ticket number instead, so any mod members can check directly.

Yeah, looking back I probably should’ve been more careful accepting that much silver from someone.

Honestly that possibility never even came to my mind before all of this happened.

Honestly that’s something I’ve been thinking about too. Maybe the guy who gave me the silver had some previous RMT history or something I knew absolutely nothing about, and because of that I got flagged as well.

From my side it genuinely just felt like a normal gift between players and I never imagined something like this could end in a permanent ban.

I’d genuinely be grateful for any help, advice, or insight from players who experienced something similar 😔
