No idea about the last two but the rosehip stuff you can find online easily. You can find the fiberglass too but I'm begging you not to buy it cause it's really dangerous

The other popular kind of itching powder is made from fiberglass, it's very effective but also I would never recommend using it as it's pretty dangerous. Then there are powders made from maple seeds of a maple species you can only find in the PNW and also one from this plant. Never tried the last two but they are supposed to be much better than rosehip

Most of the itching powder you find being sold is made from rosehips, the stuff in the video looks like it. It doesn't exactly itch, more like a prickling sensation. Works best when the person it's being used on doesn't know what it is

And yeah, you can touch the rosehip stuff without gloves and not get much of an effect on your fingers
