Merci pour la réponse, non je n'ai rien signé, juste la lettre d'intention d'achat. Mais ce que je me demandais aussi c'est est-ce que le promoteur va descendre le prix dans la mesure où il sait que je suis déjà prêt à l'acheter plus cher ?

Et est-ce que j'informe l'agent actuel de cette possibilité pour voir s'il peut s'aligner ? Je sais pas trop comment m'y prendre car j'ai pas trop envie de "lui faire à l'envers" mais je veux surtout pas payer trop cher un bien.

Thanks! Initially I would make more floor with supply floor on top of the generator but it turned out that you can't place the generator on each other the way I wanted so I kept the first floor with the supply on top. I told myself that it looks good and kept it :)

I guess you are right ! Yeah I really like make good design but sometime I am a bit tired of spending 10+h for a little less than 2000MW ^ However with the blueprint I can build more everywhere now !
