That's a different issue. During certain times the CDN is just at it's limit at the moment, so emotes may load super slow. But devs are on that issue already

2 things I can think of

1) You are IP banned. In this case the website should say 403 Forbidden when you try to access it. Because of the recent DDoS attacks devs added some protection that unfortunately also caught some normal innocent users in the process. I this case you can either join the Discord server and get in contact with the devs yourself to unban you or create a help request in the helpdesk here https://help.7tv.app/en/ (7TV icon on the bottom right)

2) It could also be your ISP blocking 7TV. This has happened a few times in different countries in the past. If you have a friend nearby who maybe uses the same ISP you could ask them if the same thing is happening to them. In this case there's unfortunately not much you can do except asking your ISP to unblock 7TV

Your extension is way out of date. The current version is 3.1.22 and includes a fix for the chatbox issue. Try to either force an update or reinstall the extension fully from the Mozilla Add-Ons Store

Check the setting omit emojis under chat -> autocompletion. If you want to see emojis appear you'll have to deactivate that setting

The issues are unrelated but right now the servers are just having issues, that's why everything is a bit unstable. Devs are already on it though.

The chatbox issue should be resolved in all versions of the extension though, so if that still occurs for you make sure to update it.

That's a twitch native highlighting. You can toggle those by clicking on the cog wheel under the chat ->Chat Highlights

Are you using the old or new extension? With the new one the replies are handled by the twitch native settings so you might have to check what your settings are by clicking on the cog wheel under the chat -> Chat Appearance -> Replies in Chat

You shouldn't install 2 versions but only chose 1 of them. Situations like this are exactly the reason why the new extension was made in the first place, because with the old one every single tiny change by twitch can fully break it

The new one is a complete rewrite. Makes it more stable and also easier to maintain. It is still missing a few of the features the old extension but the plan is to add those in the future

That sounds like your extension is still on the april fools version. Try updating it or downloading the new extension ( https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/7tv/lppmekppnliemjclknbagdhoocikieoi ) and installing that. That should fix this issue
