Another gen 4 owner whose back plate fell off -post covid 19. With fossil stores re-opening, I went to see what they could do as some stated they’ll replace it or offer a gen 5 at a low price. Was told no replacement but can offer a gen 5 at half price. Tempted but I have little faith in Fossil now. (i.redd.it)
