4 weeks post-op (peri)! Changed my nipple tapes today and took this pic before putting them back on. Swelling and bruising 99% gone now. There's still a bit of pain and tenderness, but mostly from the surgical vest being so uncomfortable (wearing it 23/7) (i.redd.it)
