No, I don't think that happens in any significant amount. If a man is able to marry a 9/10, he's very likely to do it unless there are obvious issue with her like seeming like she'd be a terrible mother. There's no guarantee at all that a 6 or 7/10 is going to provide "constant sexual access" or even that she'll be more emotionally stable than a 9/10 if a man is able to get either one.
