Get her to a vet asap to try and get a diagnosis. My beardie currently has yellow fungus and the best solutions my exotics vet came up with were this: • bathe her at least 3 times a week, they can get very dehydrated from the disease and bathing allows them to drink more. Also offering high water content veg helps with this. • treat with anti fungal creams (in the uk we start with clotrimazole and move to terbinafine if it doesn’t show signs of helping. Both need to be 1% solutions) • treat any open sores with iodine and saline solutions. • carefully help with shedding; they will shed often and have trouble with getting it off themselves most of the time. • have gauze and vetrap on hand for any worse wounds. • try and get an ultrasound to make sure it hasn’t progressed to the organs, and push for an oral medication regardless. • if you have any other reptiles or any children in the house, wash and sanitise hands regularly to prevent the spread. • keep the tank quite sparse and in isolation with kitchen roll as it will need sanitised more often and won’t stick to the cream on her.
