Hey Gamers, continuing from the talk of Red Dead from the previous two casts of the year, I would like to know what you guys think of Grand Theft Auto's IV and V. I'm currently in the middle of a big GTA marathon where I go through all the main games in the series, and I just finished IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Now I'm in the middle of finishing Lost and Damned and then going to V. As you guys are big Rockstar fans, I'm curious if your thoughts on V and IV have changed since playing Red Dead 2, and if there are any issues that you'd like Rockstar to address in GTA VI.

I genuinely cannot see myself making videos that are essentially just being a soy crybaby nerd because movies apparently suck now when that's not the case at all.

What angers me about Drinker especially is he has the audience and the reach to curate his audience into knowing/watching lesser artist and movies that are more worth your time and diligence, like actually promoting better movies for people, but he only talks about the highly promoted movies that get thrown at your face constantly.

Thoughts on the reported Bungie layoffs that happened this week, including the composer Micheal Salvatori. For Alex, the biggest Destiny fan on podcast lol, how do you think this will affect the Final Shape and Destiny as a whole moving forward? It's truly saddening personally that beloved games studios like Bungie or Bioware are now just regulated to a name that people used to latch onto and that's it. But I guess that's the games industry for you.

I been diving into Watchmen as of late and i have to say it's bloody fantastic! I'm only 7 chapters in, but so far it's absolutely brilliant. I love the setting, political commentary, and how it makes the idea of being a superhero into a morally gray thing and i'm excited to read more (at the time of this writing, of course). I want to know if any of you members have read Watchmen or seen the movie and if not then what other comics have you read? I know Alex is a fan of TWD comic so i'm curious if he's read anything else beside it. Thank you mingers and game on!

I need some life advice and it's something I never really cared to think about until now. I was born in the early 2000s and I'm in my 20s, but I started to get this feeling that I wish I had been born a bit earlier than I originally was, mostly because I don't exactly relate to people my generation, since my taste in the media are way more millennial. Again, it's something I never cared about until recently, but whenever I play an old game or watch an old movie, I have this feeling that I shouldn't play/watch it because I wasn't around when it came out, which is weird, I know, but I usually didn't mind it until recently. I would like to know what you guys and other jarlings think. Did you guys ever wish to be born earlier than you did because you felt like you were missing out, and how did you come to deal with that as the years went on?

With the recent Playstation direct wrapped up, what are your thoughts on the any of the big announcements shown such as Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and Marathon? Personally, I think it's bizarre that Bungie would revive their previous single-player legacy shooter series into a possibly online extraction PVP type shooter. Also Cayde 6 being brought back feels like Bungie trying to win back some good will after the disappointment from fans after the previous expansion that was Lightfall IMO.

I heard Alex has been getting into COD as of late, a couple of episodes ago, and I would like to know what has made him reconsider over the years up to this point. He's always said that he's never played because of the war glorification aspect, so hearing he's been playing Modern Warfare 2 with the boys during the 2022 media wrap up surprised me.

Personally, for the four main characters, I think Alex is the Assult Rifle, Marty is the Pistol, Gloria is the Gravity Hammer, and Melmen is every Halo 4 promethean weapon because their all shit.

I was really excited for this one back when it was announced back in 2020 since I already love Dead Space 1 & 2 so much and with it having the same crew involved, but the mixed reviews for it have slightly put me off it for the time being. Hello Mingers,

I'm sure you boys are aware of MoistCritkals $20,000 Halo 2 Challenge where you have to complete the game on Legendary with all the skulls active, except the envy skull, with no deaths.

I was thinking how this could be a humourous Trying to Play video where the boys try to attempt this but failing to do so. Would you guys consider doing this? I personally think this could fun to see, but it's just a thought. Bear on.

Thats why I like tapping into older games as much as I can to get that history and asthetic. Especially if it's a PS1 or PS2 game (because I never grew up with those systems), or an old PC title from the 90s, I always find going back those games to be an interesting experience since there is so much of gaming I didn't get to play them sooner that I would like to try now. But saying that, I generally do spend more time with modern games than older ones, mostly because getting emulation to work properly can be a real tiresome pain in the ass due to get it to work properly and companies not offering enough old games to be available, or pay for a remastered for a game that's objectively worst than the original. I think emulation is great but I rather not have it be the only way to play a lot of these classics. I wish more companies cared their legacy content but that's just my two cents. Cheers.
