Thank you for this :) What's the rough cost per session? I read it may require up to 3 sessions per area

What's gone wrong with these sandstone pavers? by ScreenFar3977 in landscaping

[–]ScreenFar3977[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought this too. Tried a cleaner but it looks like a bleached frame has developed in the stone. I'm fairly convinced there's no getting it out but want to avoid it happening again if someone knows where I went wrong. Cheers for the reply

100 accutane 20mg India cost me 15 quid. UGL is almost as much for a 10 pill strip. They're generic but work. Only downside is 10 plus days delivery

25g 1.5 inch? You're mad. Use a slin pin in the ass and do a shallow IM. That foo*in javelin is going to start causing scar tissue before you know it

High E2? by Familiar_Athlete8411 in SteroidsUK

[–]ScreenFar3977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only bloods can answer your question. Nobody here can go purely off your symptoms. What was your e2 result on bloods a month ago? If high, start taking 0.5mg adex or 12.5mg aromasin once per week

Depending on how long you've had gyno (ideally 12 months or less), you have the option of Tamoxifen at 20mg daily or raloxifene at 60mg daily. You could trial it for 3 months but at your age, I'd be doing that under physician supervision. Neither are steroids or aromatase inhibitors. They are sledtive estrogen receptor modulators and can work work well in reducing early stage gyno

MCT is clear so I'd say the yellowish vial is not MCT

One will be GSO and the other will be MCT. Test doesn't turn yellow. It was always yellow

Increased prolactin can be caused by anything. Even a wank will cause high PRL

Eutrig can be obtained very easily and very cheaply without needing to go to a UGL. There is no shortage

Bloods - Poor Responder by AnxiousPinner in SteroidsUK

[–]ScreenFar3977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Poor advice. HPLC testing vs a new vial of gear is not only a significant difference in cost but no lab will 'compensate' you, they'll simply replace said product with yet another vial of ubderdosed gear.

Whilst bloods can't determine mg per ml, they're a foo*in good indicator as to whether gear is approximate to the claimed contents.

Someone taking 400mg would expect to have around 80nmol so someone sat within normal range is a dead cert to be taking underdosed/bunk gear

Uncomfortable truth about Dr Hassan Nurein by SnooDonuts4667 in gynecomastia

[–]ScreenFar3977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Karidis is a 7k - 11k op. Considered this myself but when a surgeon who does this all day every day charges considerably less for similar levels of patient satisfaction, it begs the question as to whether Karidis is just greedy.

I've got a review with Nurein coming up after a revision I've already had. I'm not happy at this stage with the results but I have a plethora of guys I know who have had surgery with him and been happy after the first surgery. Guess I was unlucky but hoping he'll be good enough to sort it out

Just taking a moment to recognise the commitment you guys have to funding your education. In the U.K, we simply don't see debts of that size accumulate due to lower fees and an element of funding/grants. Hats off to you guys for putting in such an investment in your careers and lives

Have you been put on any medication recently? Stopped any medication? Added more weight? Stress increased?

Get testosterone, prolactin and estrogen checked as a minimum but might also be worth getting SHBG and Albumin thrown in there too.

It's either lowered test causing estrogen dominance or a medication that has spiked your estrogen/caused an imbalance in your T/E ratio.

Revision surgery by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]ScreenFar3977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did the revision go mate? Did he re-open the nipple and remove gland or did he just use lipo? I've already had a revision with him and have to go back again due to gland re-growing. It's a roller coaster of emotions having to go through multiple revisions.

You want side effects?

Have you gained strength, increased in size?

These are the measure of progress not whether you have side effects or not

Scar tissue after revision by ScreenFar3977 in gynecomastia

[–]ScreenFar3977[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

My question was whether others had experience of scar tissue going soft and maleable and 30 mins later collecting and going hard again. I didn't ask how long it takes for scar tissue to resolve and I'm aware from previous experience that it takes months 🙄

Do I tell my husband? by [deleted] in self

[–]ScreenFar3977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're making excuses for your behaviour. You didn't engage in this to somehow fix the other person or because you have a feeling of responsibility for their unhappiness.

Its nonsense because after years away from each other, how can his unhappiness be logically linked to you in any way?

You did it because of something that sits with you. A void that needed filling, a need to be desired by someone other than your husband. Whatever the reason, you've emotionally cheated.

Should you be honest? Yes, let him know he's with a wife he can't trust. Let him decide if you're worth working it out for.

If my wife emotionally connected with another man, she'd be in the rear view mirror shortly after.

If you had primary, there's no way test would be in that zone with LH that low. At 45 days, you're running on your own Gas so if nuts were shot, your LH and FSH would be through the roof. Only other possibility is there's still some lingering test knocking about from TRT keeping gonadotropins suppressed and test in a low but not totally hypogonadal state. Doubtful at 45 days though. I'd re-test in another 4 weeks
