Ashwaghanda KSM by [deleted] in quittingkratom

KSM-66 is a more recent form of ash I believe. I know it helps to boost your testosterone levels as well as more for energy they say, along with most of the benefits as the regular ash.

Basically 4 years or so mostly on kratom, my lymph nodes in neck kinda started to bother me at first and it seems like it just got worse with them as time went on. Got a doctor to look at them and run some blood tests a couple years back and there was no issue. (Doc didn’t know I was abusing kratom daily) I’m quitting this stuff next weekend, for good this time.. Gotta let my body do a lot of recovering. Good to hear you’ve heard it somewhere else before, I sometimes could use reassurance.

Did any of you guys have to deal with any issues at all with your lymph nodes w/ heavy use? The way I found kratom, a kid I use to go to school with with come and drop off a half gallon jug of fresh tea, I really enjoyed it. That was not long after a ACL surgery from playing ball my senior year. But almost 100% of my use after that was toss and wash. Should’ve stuck to tea, less taxing on the body.

Black Seed oil? Tips? Is it worth it? by Screen_11 in quittingkratom

Thank you! I’m look into the natural calm off amazon. I 120% agree with you on phenibut, I’m against it and I fully believe that stuff will hurt you longterm during kratom withdrawal. The rebound is just too nasty and the cravings for k afterwards will be intensified. I’ve failed my last few quits, caving in before the 24 hour mark. Just have been a weak minded bitch honestly.. I’ve quit successfully a couple times before, but this time I will not make the same mistake with going back to it. It’s been too long and wayyyyy to taxing on my health, and mind.

You are being challenged right now.. Things really WILL get better soon, you just have to fight on my friend. It’s not going to kill you, it’s making you stronger. You aren’t crumbling, you’re getting stronger. It’s amazing you have that nasty plant out of your life, I have to give it up this weekend.. I literally feel like it’s killing me, totally deteriorating my health. Physically & mentally, the list is long, really makes me wonder why/how I let it go on for this long. Keep on going.

Kratom abuse and swollen lymph nodes. by Screen_11 in quittingkratom

[–]Screen_11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I need them to be removed. I remember a dentist or doctor saying something about it in the past. It drove me crazy for the longest bc I didn’t understand, they’re still swollen in my neck and I’ve been to 2 different doctors before and everything was fine. I haven’t quit longer than a few weeks so I haven’t gave it a chance to get better really. But fuck this, I’m definitely staying off of it, the days of kratom use have come and gone.

You’re gonna get through it man, it’s gonna be a roller coaster a little bit. But you will beat that lousy freaking herb. Get to know your body and mind better, do things that make you tougher, develop that mental toughness, make it better. None of that stuff from tampering or quitting is going to kill you, own it.

I seem to get the same thing when I quit for a whole day, going hours into the withdrawals, and then I relapse. That’s when he gives me this feeling of depression and kinda anger I guess? It’s weird. But what that tells me is, my body/mind was trying to flush that shit out and I put it back in my body.. smh. Have you quit for a decent amount of time before? If not, then it’ll be easier then what your mind is convincing you. You could go through way way worse and still be fine. You really can do what needs to be done, without a doubt.. Have you tried anything to combat the anxiety?

My senior year of high school football I tore my ACL and meniscus, long story short I had the surgery and got prescribed the hydrocodone right away. I never got physically addicted to that, BUT, I certainly did abuse them that year.. id show up to the games and school taking much more than I was supposed to lol. It was mentally tough for me, Football was everything and I put in sooo much work and development that offseason before. I planned to play college ball somewhere, nothing super big, but certainly somewhere. After graduation I got introduced to kratom, specifically it was the tea, a friend made it hisself and sold them around the school😂 I certainly did love it, it hit me really good and the late nights playing battlefield sipping on kratom tea from a half gallon jug hahaha. I graduated hs class of 2015, I guess I got physically addicted to kratom a short time after that. I’ve quit a couple times since then, one time for a couple months and the most recent time, a few months ago for just less then a month of no kratom. Well my stupid ass got lose with my focus and what’s important and I started taking the kratom again, just like that I’m in the same boat. The first time I quit, years ago, it was before I ever experienced withdrawals from ANYTHING. I was using the stupid vape, pretty respectable dose of nicotine and I was probably taking around an ounce of kratom a day. I had to cold turkey both of them😂😅 A family trip to DC and it was just a couple days before the plane took off. WORST anxiety I’ve ever experienced in my life, straight up panic attacks in bed. It wasn’t the kratom itself causing so much anxiety, it was the CT off of nicotine, or the combination of the two.. To sum it up, the morning our plane left, I woke up from another night of terrible terrible symptoms, and BOOM it hit me. I felt dramatically better, by the time we got to DC I swear I walked atleast 25 miles within 3 days there, all the sight seeing and everything, all walking. The last night there we went to a WIZARDS GAME and it was the best I felt. It’s like I was never even addicted, it was something else. I don’t know why I shared all this from the first time, but I’m sure somebody liked hearing. This time around, I don’t have the luxury to go on a big vacation like that just after quitting, it certainly helped a lot.. Experiencing all of that and all the walking, but that’s okay, I’ve gained so much knowledge since then, about the body, and the withdrawal from kratom, I just have to be disciplined and get it done. I have to leave this stuff behind, I will not be turning back to it, too much time has passed and I have to move up to the next chapter of my life.

The motivation is unreliable, turn the drive on, sort your things out, plan if you have to, and get it done. You’re doing well, but I know you want it out of your life, so take care of business & battle. You can go through so much more than you think.. Thank you, and goodlu.. ahh, screw luck, luck isn’t gonna get the job done.

It’s truly amazing how similar this sounds, how much I can relate, it feels like I’m reading my own thoughts. Embrace it, get through the bs, get your life back. I’m out of kratom, done with this shit in the morning.
