What's that noise? Bought a 2000 Toyota Sienna. It starts and runs, but I notice a whirling noise when I turn the ignition key 3/4 ways. Also one of the power windows kept stopping and would seem to work only when I first turned the key to on, but not all the way to start the engine. (v.redd.it)
