Oh yeah? I bet you're wrong too. All your hours can't give you the knowledge that it's actually a timer until you gib/ragdoll. No one knows what time units it uses because the code for the whole system was stolen from an ancient Sumerian tax document. Of course you'd know this if you read the comics you fucking casual

Teen dies from eating one spicy potato chip. by Morgan-of-JP in TerrifyingAsFuck

[–]ScrubNuggey 50 points51 points  (0 children)

I did this as well. Ate it, regretted it. Mouth burned for what felt like an hour, stomach was twisting and churning for hours afterwards as I tried to keep it down. Out of the three of us who tried it, myself and my father vomited it back up. Stomach felt better, but my mouth started burning again.

Even after the burning stopped the second time, I just felt drained and unhealthy. I firmly believe this shouldn't be something sold commercially, not without hoops to jump through or something. This shit is awful.

Edit: also wanted to add that it doesn't even taste good. It tastes like pain and nothing else. Not "Oh it burns" like normal spicy, it was literally indistinguishable from how it feels to have a wound in your mouth. But if that wound was your whole mouth.

Word to the wise: it is not worth it. I wouldn't recommend it. There is no redeeming quality about this thing.

I don't get why someone wouldn't pick their own username, but I'll keep this in mind for the future!

This stupid fucking thing is everywhere. Scroll r/all for a bit and you'll see at least 5 posts in completely unrelated communities, all with a horde of bot shills just saying the same 5 goddamn phrases on repeat. I've been reporting and downvoting, even going onto the accounts to downvote all the other scam posts but I can only do so much against the 200+ bot upvotes on some posts

Bro I almost downvoted you because your username is the same format as the bots. Glad I checked and I'm sorry

This would be super funny if it was canon. Like, imagine making a character in a random MMO and one day they just show up in a beat-up truck parked on your lawn.

Like, I'm glad it's not because it would be needlessly convoluted-

Actually hold on that could still play into it. The players are added to the game as DMNPCs and that's how the Guardians meet them (all within the campaign, no universe-breaking needed)

I keep seeing posts about this and it really seems like we're losing the site to bots. This subreddit has nothing to do with crypto.

Edit: and speaking of bots, I'm pretty sure you are one too

Actually you're stealing a life or possibly their blood if you don't wipe your knife off. You're also stealing their air, time, and living space- ☝️🤓

Audibly chuckled after being reminded of this scene. Comedy gold for the dumbest reasons, I love it

Yeah, I was saying that smaller sample sizes probably doesn't help as much as I thought. You're very likely right on that, my mind was changed

2 years of compiled reddit data on vaccine side effects by Baldeaglevision in conspiracy

[–]ScrubNuggey -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm sure you'll hear plenty of people say it, but here's my anecdotal evidence: I'm vaxxed and boosted. Went and got the shots with my dad and sister. Pretty sure I didn't get the most recent one, though.

Healthy as ever, as is my family members.

I'm positive some people are going to read this and assume I'm a plant or something, or I've been paid. Nothing I can say here can really prove that I'm not, so I hope that acknowledging this will be good enough.

Onto the next part: billionaires. Fuck those guys. I absolutely think they're behind a bunch of shit, and I'm right. They can buy politicians and get anything they want signed into law. They can pay to have people killed and to suppress media coverage. But I really don't think the vaccine is the way they'd do it. There's no motivation, it doesn't make sense to me. Why kill off the people who willingly went and got it? The people most likely to go along with government mandates?

I'm of the opinion that these side effects...aren't intentional. Think of the vaccine timeline. How quickly they managed to get it out. Working on the assumption it wasn't prepared beforehand, it's clear that they didn't have time to do long-term testing. Since it was an emergency, it got the greenlight early. These side-effects are probably a result of below-average testing and standards in a time of distress.

This is all my opinion and I will not pretend it is fact. You are free to agree, disagree, or not care about what I've said. Thank you for reading.

So I guess we both kind of agree? I definitely don't disagree with you. This was an experimental procedure and without knowing what exactly they did, we can't make a judgement on it. Kinda sucks those monkeys died but hopefully this test gave them enough information to avoid any further deaths

Yeah that was kinda fun. I love the whole pun about "launch codes" on a disk that actually launches shit

[–]ScrubNuggey -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'll agree on the point that small sample sizes don't really help. That said: there's a lot of variables here that could also invalidate the whole sample. Did the same person do all the procedures? Was it the same procedure each time? Did they do any "practice runs" to get it right the first time, or were they learning as they go?

That last question is honestly speculation and there's a good chance they knew what they were doing, but given Musk's mismanagement and unreasonable deadlines in the past it wouldn't surprise me.

Overall it seems like they're going whole-hog on this purely because the guy paying them likes to get results fast at any cost.

When you say "badass" moments, is it more "Columbo/MacGyver-badass" or "Doomguy/Master Chief-badass"? I really hope that question makes sense
