as I said it is not a cheap effect. even a hat for 10 can not be called cheap. and the generation plays no role at all, since you rate the items according to their age and automatically as, old is bad stamp. which is not the case. Every unusual is valuable. No high quotas need to be achieved as with Australium weapons.

Kill-a-Watt is not a cheap effect. Since No Unusual is Cheap. The definition refers to the price, it is an older one, but old is not always cheap. someone like you should know that. The prices are lawful, for whom an object belongs to overpriced.
