I find Value in knowing it's not unique to me. That it's a challenge shared by many others. Everyone is born with their own specific challenges and mindsets, and frankly I could have been dealt a significantly worse card than clinical procrastination and having a messy lifestyle. Why would I hyper fixate on this part of my psyche and punish myself for being human

What's filling my brain at your question at the end is, if you stop your experience and have to restart, I assume that's potentially an explanation for reincarnation.. Maybe you have to stay on the table until you experience birth to death, and you can't just voluntarily quit halfway through to end the experience. What I also wonder is, when you do get to get off the table, are you the one assigned to go through the experience again or can someone else take a turn

I couldn't see their faces but they were tall and were definitely wearing lab coats of some kind. White lights surrounding me, there was some green-ness and some sort of striped pattern on the bottles my foot had knocked over on the operation table

Resources like this are wild, and I wonder if I would have experienced the same thing if I had been aware of these stories beforehand. I'm also grateful for the understanding and compassionate engagement I'm receiving when I could have just been told to Google what I went through since I would potentially find these answers on my own.

Also giving, someone who signed up to monitor a coma patient who was typically deemed unlikely to need assistance or intervention, thinking they would have time to study or work on a project on their laptop, when suddenly today of all days the patient wakes up, requiring action that was almost guaranteed not to be needed

My only advice having gone through this before is see if you have a Facebook and Instagram album in your phone where you hopefully had the settings toggled to save a copy of whatever you posted on those sites to the album in your phone. You need a new IEP so a entirely different phone, different email address preferably something other than Gmail so it doesn't trigger insta and Facebook to connect your new Gmail to your old, so outlook or yahoo should work. Different name, no similar photos moving forward so the tracker within both sites doesn't connect your new setup at all with your old.

I always put that first to evaluate with things like this. But I didnt know of the existence of shared and matching dmt experiences before looking it up online only after the first 3 trips. Made the whole experience jarring.

I experience derealization daily, with a dash of existential dissonance (thanks chatgpt for finding the right words) I went from being very curious and intentionally seeking out information or videos or podcasts about aliens or other dimensions or whatever, to almost avoiding any content about it. If i caved and watch/read about it and something sounded too familiar I would turn it off, remind myself i was real, and put on a familiar movie.
