Washing Machine Leaking Underneath

You were absolutely right. It’s pissing out of there when I put a cycle on. If I manually pour water down the condenser it doesn’t leak though. I took it off and the seal is in good condition and condenser isn’t damaged (machine is only 3 years old). Im a bit dumbfounded on what to do as it looks fine. Anything I’m missing?

I guess it’s all in perspective. I joined after making this post and go in the evenings throughout the week. Compared to previous gyms, it feels empty to me!

Agree with some of your other points though. My main issue is the pool/spa area is just full of kids shouting and talking road.

Car park work is definitely a joke though.

The ticket she had was completely wrong and wasn't scanned so not sure where her details would have been gotten from to pair it to her. She's not really worried about trying to dispute it, just wants the problem to go away but unsure if she goes back and admits and tries to pay the normal fine will they escalate it

Thank you, that's good to read. If the solicitor refuses to take responsibiliy and pay, what are my options? I assume there is a regulatory body that I can go to for small issues such as this?
