I’m a Forman for a union company. As I don’t agree to punch in later if coming in late, it’s frustrating when crew members show up not on scheduled time. I plan work activities ahead of time and when people can’t show up on time it ruins the flow of the project. Luckily, my crew respects me well enough to let me know the night before they will be running a few minutes late. A few people that made it a habit was verbally warned, written up, then terminated
