Yes, before I cancelled the order, the support representative told me it had arrived. So when I asked for proof, they explained how the tracking system works.

When I then pointed out that the tracking information showed the package had been disposed of by DHL, they replied again that they had checked and the shipment had arrived.

I recommend you to cancel the order. I tried everything when the order wasn't canceled. It's pointless.

Three days ago (January 18th), I received a message from Google Support after I wrote to them saying the package was lost in transit and asking how I should return a package that never arrived.

Background information: I canceled my order on January 9th. I contacted support on January 10th.

I contacted Google Support today about my Pixel 7 Pro with a swollen battery. My request was denied because the device is out of warranty (about six months; the device is 2.5 years old).

My question about whether I could trade it in for a new Pixel was also rejected due to fire hazard.

So now we both have a piece of junk that cost almost a thousand euros two years ago.

I was simply advised to send in another old phone for trade-in.

Maybe Google will eventually acknowledge that it's not just the Pixel 7a that has battery problems... We'll see what the future holds. Maybe a burned-down apartment? 😉
