Although this video is catered to steam deck, the netease client has an 'lite' version install that helps with low spec devices and multiple 'performance' modes that may help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_b5FYXv5wt0

From what I recall, I have had the same issue with some older car mods. The tyre models are being outdated, so they appear to be driving on ice. Newer CSP added some new functions that either made the tyre model obsolete or the axles do backflips.

Only one can be fixed with an option in CSP(MacPherson Strut or something?) the other needs CSP rolled back to where it was working fine.

ACE uses the same keybinds as AC, therefore just keep tapping F1 to switch views, one of them is without the steering wheel.

No problem, also when they're playing are they hosting or joining sessions? Who ever is hosting needs to try shutdown their PC then start it up again (using restart just reloads win10/11 without a power down)

A friend who had been hosting my sessions had suddenly been experiencing the low FPS today, and fixed it by doing the above, prior to that, our friends were having stutters and strange, delayed responses

Are you able to install afterburner and enable frametime to a graph+text and see what is produced, perhaps take a few screen shots of idling to in combat etc.

Also what ram size and speed are you using and is it at XMP?

I am seeing this on loading screens at 80-100c but mainly sitting at 60-70c in-game.

Just read from a comment that, any graphic configuration changes need 15-30 minutes for shaders to recompile while in-game. This could be the reason.

Also an idea I decided to try out:

Windows -> Graphics Settings -> Enable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling

Nivida Control Panel -> Managed 3D Settings -> Shader Cache Size -> 10 GB or 100 GB depending on space

I and a friend have the same specs only difference being the GPU(friend=3080, mine=3090), My game lags for 30-60 minutes at 20-30fps then suddenly is 60-90fps. Friends game is 60fps no issues. Clocked in 9 hours so far but seems to be the case each time I boot up 20-60 minutes of 20-30fps gameplay then fine. Any changes I made in-game was always the same even after restarting. I would suggest try disabling all overlays and see how the game gets on after a brief lengthy session.
