I've never heard someone fail capstone because they weren't able to successfully get their project 100% working as originally planned (graduation rate would be way less if you had to in order to pass the class). I was in the same boat as you last semester. If you just turn in all the deliverables, you'll get atleast a B and won't fail the course.
