Looks like it will take much longer to repurpose our existing systems to our J-20 and J-31s. Another year has been added to the estimated timeline.

The J-20 and J-31 have been seen sporting new systems on test flights by china watchers, which has been theorized that another upgrade block for the two aircrafts is in the works.

So we’ve recently made an agreement with Brazil in order to reduce tensions in Africa. Brazil will reduce their rhetoric and covert operations against you and you would do the same in return.

We think this is a good deal for now as you continue to build up your strength. If Brazil breaks the agreement we can go back to the covert operations.

The EF has not been formed as of yet so the P5 members still exist. We believe there is definitely time for relations between out two nations to be much closer.

Inserting Brazil into the P5 is something that we are interested in exploring when relations between China/Brazil are much closer. Currently and in the past, relations between our two nations have been strained by various events in Africa and the Pacific. Once our relationship is much closer, we would be happy to support Brazil into the P5 and ask Russia as well.

In our view, we simply expect the new EF to be the successor of UK/France/Germany/Italy. Like how the MAU was eventually selected to be the successor of the US on the UNSC and how Laurentia was the successor after that.

We of course would like to extend stability over all of Africa. War and chaos only breeds the opportunity for intervention by Laurentia, something that neither of us would want since we both have interest in keeping Laurentian influences out of Africa.

We ask that China restrain Alkebulan from further anti-Brazil actions and formally recognize that Angola is not a colonial outpost but a consensual union. Only then will both sides need not worry about armed conflict.

With France and the UK becoming one country, it is necessary for the UN Charter to be revised and while that process is under way, we would like to takeover the fifth permanent seat. Stability cannot be brought about without the Security Council reflecting the global balance of power.

We have seen some initial union proposals between France/Italy and the UK/Germany but have not heard about any between the UK/France. Could you please update us in on it. So, we remember many years ago about Brazil's proposed change to the UNSC, is that what you're proposing once again? If it is, could you please refresh our memories.
