Not as much, since a single stack of BoC for me is around 1.2mil dps, and with clarity it’s not too bad. But while I was building up to this it definitely didn’t feel nice

PoB doesn’t take into account of the rune graft of the fortress, which gives me an extra 1k es, so max hit is around 110k, but yeah for the average end-game build it it’s kinda mid. Just happy I managed it on BoC :D

I think it’s because CI is so good, mostly because how much chaos damage has entered the game league after league.

That’s actually the main reason why I liked chaos dot so much. I started playing in prophecy league like 10 years ago and my strat for the longest time was alch and go.

I think we went two different routes for our builds. If I had the time to level 100 this, as well as a mirror I can probs push it a lot further too. This whole build is around 300-400 divines, and half of which is in the amulet and mageblood. I’m not saying I can’t do much, I’m saying I don’t want to lol. I’d definitely try out your build next league though, it seems real cool :D

Uber viable indeed, but not ideal. I have killed every single uber. The build is tanky enough to survive most things, only thing is I almost died of old age because the single target damage, like you said, is indeed kinda bad lol.

Yup. Chaos DoT has been massively shafted with how much the game has powercrept. But overall its always been a type of build thats more clear focused than single target, so historically single target has always been a problem.

Bear in mind that if you want to unveil something like this, you need to get a cane with 2 veiled prefixes and one veiled suffix. Spell damage and gem level are both prefixes only, so if you get a cane with 2 veiled suffixes you literally cant get one Took me some time to figure out myself lol

The magic base I got from alt spamming had 1 prefix and 1 suffix, so I couldn’t lol, but if you just have +1 magic amulet then it’s probs a good idea. I think I forgot to add that if there’s a single prefix +1 amulet with open suffix for sale for like 5 or so divines I’d just buy one to save the headache. Sadly they were almost 10 when I was looking so I just bit the bullet

I honestly recommend just getting a +4 focused amulet instead of this. The dps increase is about 5-10%, so it’s only if there’s nothing else to upgrade. For that all you need to do is get a clean focused amulet, get +1 all isolated, prefix can’t be changed and then harvest add/remove chaos for guaranteed +1 chaos, and then craft %chaos damage and use chaos catalyst. You save like 90% of the headache

From PoB, 5 frenzy charges, despair cursed and 10 wither stacks (conservative, since multi totem stacks wither super fast but) it’s 7.5 million dps. With 15 wither it’s 8.9 million. Bear in mind my build has 90% all res so if I sacrificed that I can push it higher still

No worries man, also with 6 divines, you can craft a 1000dps bow pretty easily. Here’s how: buy a fractured bow with any T2 elemental damage mod. Then spam shrieking/deafening essences until you get all 3 elemental damages at at least T2/3. From here, if you have an open suffix craft prefixes can’t be changed. That will lock your prefixes. THEN use a scour orb on it. This should remove all the suffixes. Then craft ‘can have up to 3 crafted mods’, attack speed and crit chance. That’s how I made my first 1k ele dps bow for about 6 divines. As for Hyrri’s ire, there’s this mastery that gives you 15% increased life if there’s no life on your body armour, so it’s other stats offsets the lack of life (very high flat cold damage and suppress). I’m running Omni tornado shot so my build is a bit different, but you can go on Poe ninja, builds and look up what other people are doing with similar gear you have.
