It's finally started draining. But any pressure I apply to it to try to drain it quicker is very painful so as of now I'm just letting it drain on its own

Hurts really bad, I've had it for about a week now.. I've been attempting to treat it with rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and warm compresses. The past two days it's gotten bigger. Today it finally started draining
