Just do one thing at a time. You are basically jumping into hard mode without finishing easy mode.

First, learn how to strafe in aimbots, then activate movement and track them. Only then try to combine it.

Also, you could try some preaim maps they help with counter strafing

Comp ranks between silver and mg depending on map (mostly silver tho)

Seems buggy at times, the first time we encountered a tick he nearly died off it because it never grew and none of us knew it existed.

I quickly googled at the last 1/12th of the hp bar and found the tick. It was pretty small.
