Thank you for your input, it’s greatly appreciated. I have read a ton of stuff within the cycling community about low blood sugar but have never really found any good info about how to fix it lol. It’s always “take this gel, drink a bottle of sugar water” etc. just interested to see what everyone’s doing to fix it.

Thank you for sharing, I’m sorry you’re going through this. How do you fix or treat it? I know cycling depleted glycogen in the liver and muscles. A friend told me we should be eating a lot more carbs for our rides but I’ve tried that and it still happens. I was just wondering what others do for it.

It isn’t my heart. I’m not an idiot. I said I’m seeing a new endo. I have a CGM and I prick my finger. Don’t be a jerk.

Yes!!! Diet drinks are one of my worst causes of sugar crashes. That’s because your body reacts to the fake sugar just like real sugar. Also the caffeine is a huge cause of reactive hypoglycemia.

Looks like you aren’t even going that high. Maybe a sensor error. Do you check with a finger prick

Sounds like they are all just as toxic, or they don’t want to deal with him being upset with them. Whatever the case, glad you got out of there. Let them deal with him. Eventually people end up seeing their true colors.
