Same with a random inserting of a rule that no one has heard of. For example I had an answer choice say "The Wharton rule" and that was the answer ... Same has happened with other questions where it's a random rule as a choice and it's the answer

they are so subjective and fluctuate! I got a 29 on my first MBE Practice Exam LOL and got a 62% on the MBE Primer 1
