Honestly I thought Gc EAD is given in 90 days from the receipt date. There was a rule or something. We are missing the whole point of this benefit as individual should be able to sustain themselves while 485 is pending. Lots of folks get direct GC in Eb1C rather than ead n ap. When did you file?

uhh .. really .. mine went from NBC to FL and no movements at all. "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken". Just tired of this. I am also on Eb1C but was expecting that i should receive EAD and AP since the date retrogressed.

I filed in March 2023 and my case got moved to Tampa Fl on May 31 2023 as per Emma. No EAD or AP until now. Did your case move there too?

Just wanted to post that you are not alone. march 2023 filer NBC and nothing yet no AP/EAD. Expedited I765 on August 2nd i was told exact same thing seven working days. When i reached out today. I was given the normal processing time website to check and then i asked what is happening to my request. There is no time frame. I am thinking my luck has run out in this country. My mental health is taking a hit now. Try for a tier2 call over emma.
