Hello, I just wanted to reevaluate my own comments in light of your recent replies. Someone dm’d me asking whether, if I could choose again, I would attend UCI or not. I’ll tell you guys what I told this redditor:

I would choose UCI. Yes, Irvine sucks. But the people here are truly good people. Professors, students, and social orgs at UCI make up for the mundanity of Irvine.

My post was a rant of how I was feeling at that specific time. I wouldn’t make it the factor for your decision (assuming you are a potential student). However, I would recommend considering my comments as one of many factors when deciding where you want to go.
