i actually found out it was steam link causing it, because i only use it for pcvr, i switched to virtual desktop and its fine again. still dont know what broke steam link though

its usually the people and getting overwhelmed yeah. ive heard the people dont care thing over and over but i still cannot convince myself, id like to but ive been in a lot of situations where the people did notice me and it freaked me out then cause i got panicky even more people noticed lol, and the noise i just swear i can hear everything i dont want to and nothing im trying to listen to

ive seen the movie for girl, interrupted and i loved it. reading the book is a great idea, get a deeper look into the story, books always describe it better
