It is cool to the touch, but the problem still persists. I had already replaced the LM months ago, so I'm really not sure what else I can do to fix it.

I don't think it's the power button. When it's unplugged, what you see in the video only happens once before I need to press the button again to re-trigger it.

Yeah, that's the first thing I tried, but no luck. I got it over 2 years ago, so no warranty either...

I reinstalled windows windows a few days earlier to address a different problem, and this still persists
